Summary: When English professor Scarlett Clark isn’t teaching college students at Gorman University, she stays busy indulging in her favorite hobby: murder. Specifically, Scarlett goes after men on campus who’ve gone unpunished for the crimes they’ve committed against women. When her most recent high-profile kill starts to draw attention to her past handiwork, Scarlett makes sure to stay close to the woman in charge of the investigation, Dr. Mina Pierce. But when Scarlett risks killing again, things take an unexpected turn, putting her at an even higher risk of getting caught.
Meanwhile, awkward Gorman freshman Carly Schiller is trying to get acclimated to college life, but everything starts to crumble when her roommate, Allison Hadley, is sexually assaulted at a party. Carly desperately wants to make Allison’s attacker pay, and her obsession with revenge threatens to destroy more than just their friendship.
How Scarlett and Carly’s stories merge may change Gorman University forever.
